CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) is seeking a Loan Processor to support the loan origination lifecycle. The role focuses on coordinating communication among borrowers, real estate professionals, attorneys and underwriting teams to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan origination or mortgage processing within financial services.
• Knowledge of FNMA guidelines, underwriting procedures and mortgage servicing.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure fair lending practices.
• Proficiency in basic math, loan calculations, escrow, and amortization.
• Excellent credit analysis skills with reviewing credit reports and documents.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with borrowers, real estate agents, attorneys, and underwriting to facilitate loan processing.
• Maintain detailed records of all loan processing activities and communications.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and compliance during origination and servicing.
• Review borrower documentation when requested from underwriting.
