Job summary

Dollar Loan Center in Utah is seeking a Loan Processor to help customers meet short-term financial needs. You’ll review applications, verify information, and fund loans, providing friendly, accurate service in person or by phone.

You’ll explain loan terms, answer questions about payments and timelines, and keep detailed notes in our system. The role requires basic computer skills, a HS diploma, and willingness to travel between locations with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

• Cash handling, lending, or collections experience is a plus.

• Willing to travel between locations and work overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan applications and loan products.
• Verify information and process loans according to underwriting guidelines.
• Explain loan contracts and answer questions about payments and due dates.
• Reach out to past-due accounts with professional calls.
• Log notes with promise dates in the system and maintain accurate records.
• Open/close locations and assist with general office duties.
