Status: Regular, Full-Time or Part-Time Title Grade: I (Junior) or II (Senior)

SUMMARY & PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Loan Processor & Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) is responsible for supporting the Loan Officer and processing team by managing loan files from initial application through underwriting. This hybrid role involves administrative support, client communication, document collection, and coordination with third parties to ensure loans move through the pipeline efficiently and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

PRIMARY POSITION-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obtain and review required loan documentation from customers to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Proactively communicate with clients, third-party vendors, and team members to collect missing documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Submit complete loan files to underwriting and follow up as needed.
