Job summary

Dollar Loan Center is seeking a Loan Processor to assist customers with short-term lending needs, review applications, verify information, and fund loans. You will handle payments, answer questions, and contact past-due accounts with professionalism while maintaining accurate notes in the system.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience, with comfortable computer use and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment.

• Willing to travel between locations and work occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or over the phone with enthusiasm.
• Explain loan options and underwriting guidelines to customers.
• Process loan applications quickly with accurate information.
• Break down loan contracts and ensure customers understand terms.
• Calculate payments and answer questions about due dates and interest.
• Enter data into the system and keep notes up to date.
• Reach out to past-due accounts with professional calls.
• Cover other locations when needed and travel between sites.
