Farm Credit of Central Florida, a leading agribusiness lender seeks an organized, highly motivated individual to process agricultural credit requests for new loans and servicing actions for the association. Responsibilities

• Work as part of an assigned team to ensure accuracy and understanding of assigned requests.
• Review loan requests and credit approvals to determine loan intent and structure.
• Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy, regulatory compliance and adherence to specific requirements.
• Work with loan officers and outside counsel as needed to coordinate documentation and closings.
• Process disbursements and loan proceeds according to association policies and procedures.
• Schedule closings with borrowers, loan officers, and title companies as needed.
• Issue appropriate disclosures and notifications as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to process and close loan packages in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Ability to work closely with loan officers and outside parties to understand the closing structure and coordinate loan closings.
