LoanMax is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time on-site role at our Des Moines area location. The position offers weekly pay, health benefits, paid holidays, vacations, and on-site training. Typical hours are Monday–Friday 10am–6pm, Saturday 9am–2pm, with Sundays off.

We seek motivated, honest, dependable individuals who will provide excellent customer service, process loans, handle cash, and manage collection calls as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work full time.
• Have a high school degree or equivalent.
• Basic computer and data entry experience.
• Collections experience preferred.
• Criminal background check.
• Consumer credit check.
• Drug screen.
