Job summary

AnnieMac Home Mortgage seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant (Loan Partner II) to support loan originators and branch managers in delivering exceptional service to borrowers and realtors.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish, at least three years in mortgage operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and meticulous attention to detail as you manage disclosures, document QC, and closing preparation while coordinating with clients and agents. You may attend closings when needed.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Experience in mortgage operations roles such as Loan Officer Assistant, Sales Assistant, Production Partner, Loan Processor or Loan Partner.
• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW service Contract to Close.
• Send disclosures to borrowers with updated “Needs List” and get docs returned within 48 hours.
• QC Review after final paperwork: organize assets/income, Complete QA Checklist, file to processing within 24 hours.
• New contracts – introduction to realtors via email.
• Email L.O. to do a warm/fuzzy call to both agents.
• Tuesday Realtor Status Updates.
• Ensure Documents to Closing within 48 hours.
• Productive Weekly Status Calls; Pipeline meetings with processors; Pre Close Checklist 48 hours before closing; Attend closing if LO cannot (15 minutes max).
• Call and get all conditions resolved.
• Research client scenarios with Underwriting and Inv. Guidelines; assist LO with callbacks to set up face-to-face appointments only.

***BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH REQUIRED***

Responsible for assisting one or multiple Mortgage Loan Originators and/or Branch Managers in delivering outstanding customer service to borrowers and realtor partners. The Loan Partner II (Loan Officer Assistant) shall not take a loan application, assist a consumer in completing a loan application, negotiate or offer loan terms to any person, or hold themself out to the public as being able to do any of the foregoing.

Accountabilities and Job Activities include, but are not limited to:

Deliver WOW service Contract to Close

• -Send disclosures to borrowers with updated “Needs List” and get docs returned within 48 hours

• -Once final paperwork is received, do a QC Review which includes the following.

• Organize assets/income
• Mortgage Banker Checklist/Quality Assurance Checklist
• File turned into processing within 24 hours of receipt

• -New contracts – introduction to realtors via email

• -Email L.O. to do a warm/fuzzy call to both agents

• -Tuesday Realtor Status Updates

Ensure Documents to Closing within 48 hours

• Productive Weekly Status Calls
• Pipeline meeting weekly with processors
• Pre Close Checklist with Client 48 hours before closing

Working with Clients
