Job summary

Mortgage Depot, LLC is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to start a career in the mortgage industry. No mortgage experience is required; we provide paid in-office training and licensing support to help you complete the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator exam and advance toward a Loan Officer role.

As a Loan Partner you’ll contact leads, understand client mortgage needs, gather essential information, qualify and transfer to licensed Loan Officers, and maintain proactive follow-up with prospects

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

No mortgage experience is required. As a Mortgage Loan Partner, you’ll begin with paid, in-office training while we help you complete the mortgage licensing process. Once you complete the required licensing education and pass the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator exam, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a Mortgage Loan Officer role.

The Loan Partner position is designed to prepare you for a career as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.

We provide the training, resources, licensing materials, and support needed to help you complete your education and prepare for the SAFE exam. After successfully completing the licensing requirements and passing the exam, you can move into a Loan Officer position and begin building your career in mortgage sales.
