Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months loan originator experience.
• Demonstrated judgment and decision making ability.
• Excellent and effective presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to process large amounts of data and use AU software technology.
• Active involvement in the community to expand beneficial contacts.

Responsibilities

• Markets and promotes PrimeLending products and services to clients.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, builders, and sales representatives.
• Meets production standards by processing complete and accurate loan applications.
• Monitors loan status and ensures conformity with terms.
• Presents loan terms and conditions to customers and coordinates closing.
