Job summary

The Mortgage Office, based in Huntington Beach, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and configuration for clients deploying the loan origination module. You will translate each lender’s workflow into tailored TMO configurations and guide users through training and adoption.

Ideal candidates have hands-on lending technology experience, strong communication, and a consultative approach focused on long-term client success beyond go-lives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Mortgage lending software implementation: lifecycle and documents, including application intake, pipeline management, processing, underwriting, and closing workflows.
• Strong communication abilities with proven success explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for loan origination clients, including system configuration, workflow setup, loan type and fee structure build-out, and role-based training.
• Conduct discovery sessions to translate client origination processes into TMO configuration, including pipeline stages and approval workflows.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with professional services and data teams to keep onboardings on track.
• Guide clients through document configuration and disclosure workflows, leveraging knowledge of origination packages and related services.
• Support client go-live and early platform use, identify adoption gaps and ensure staff are productive.
• Coordinate with the data team on loan data imports and connections to third-party services.
