Loan Operations Manager – Ogle County, IL

A growing community bank in Ogle County, IL is seeking a Loan Operations Manager to lead and support commercial, consumer, and mortgage loan operations across multiple branches. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, leading projects, and developing a strong operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily loan operations and workflow efficiency
• Supervise and develop a team of 3 employees
• Improve and document loan operations processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies
• Partner with lenders, auditors, compliance teams, and vendors
• Oversee quality control, loan documentation, HMDA support, escrow accounts, insurance tracking, and reporting functions
• Lead operational and system-related projects

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of banking experience preferred
• 3+ years of leadership or loan operations management experience
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation, compliance, and banking operations
• Experience with systems such as Fiserv/Navigator and LaserPro preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
