Description
The Loan Servicing Analyst position is responsible for Loan Ops Help desk functions, including processing loan payments and advances, system maintenance, and responding to lending staff requests. Additional duties may include supporting system clean-up projects and assisting other loan servicing staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process Loan Ops Help Desk requests.
2. Process loan payments received via mail and other methods.
3. Respond to email and phone inquiries to support lending staff.
4. Ensure compliance with BSA/AML/CFT and Sanctions requirements per Bank Policy and Procedures, including timely completion of training.

Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Loan Operations, Lending Assistance, or Bank Teller roles involving loan transactions.
- Teller background with understanding of debits and credits.
- Ability to multitask, including processing and posting loan payments and payoffs from incoming wires.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High School Diploma required.

Pay and Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $22.93 - $25.00.
