Job summary

Social Capital Resources' client bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Loan Operations Associate focused on CRE for a full-time role.

You will support Relationship Management, perform credit analysis, diligence, and monitor loan portfolios, including construction financing, with site visits. This role requires 2–5 years CRE loan operations experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and CRE loan operations experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and due diligence skills for credit facilities.
• Ability to cultivate client relationships and identify lending opportunities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Management with client relationship management
• Work to cultivate business opportunities with existing and new clients interested in commercial real estate financing and construction financing
• Monitor and assess team’s loan portfolio, including collateral quality, credit analysis, payment history, and progress construction project financed by the Bank
• Perform due diligence and prepare credit facility applications as part of underwriting initiative
• Develop new lending and deposit business opportunities with existing and new clients
• Collect and maintain information for credit analysis and evaluation of credit facility applications
• Answer and handle customers’ enquiries on credit facilities and procedures
• Maintain and monitor utilization of credit facilities
• Conduct calls and site visits to gain a better understanding of the client and progress of construction projects
• Monitor delinquent or problem loan and credit facilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 years experience working within CRE Loan Operations
