What You’ll Do:

  • Establish and manage referral partnerships with local real estate offices
  • Guide clients through the loan application process from pre-approval to close
  • Match borrowers with appropriate products from a wide lending portfolio
  • Coordinate with processors and underwriters to ensure efficient closings
  • Maintain strong communication, follow-up, and pipeline management
  • Stay current on lending regulations, products, and market trends

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in mortgage lending, banking, or financial sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while leveraging provided support
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and loan origination software
