Job summary

Bank of Colorado seeks an experienced loan professional to manage a diverse portfolio of loan and depository accounts in Colorado. You will prospect new customers, evaluate credit, and cross-sell banking services to both new and existing clients.

You will also monitor loan repayments, participate in budgeting, and contribute to strategic planning, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Three years lending experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospects new customers and solicits new loans.
• Cross-sells other banking services to new and existing customers.
• Maintains ongoing customer contact to ensure good customer relations.
• Interviews loan applicants: gather and evaluate financial data to establish credit worthiness.
• Reviews and approves or denies loan requests up to a pre-determined limit.
• Monitors loan repayment activities.
• Participates in department budget, goals and objectives, and strategic planning.
