We are now accepting resumes for our Loan Officer Assistant/Processor. This is a remote role. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to successfully fulfil the following responsibilities:

* Responsible to provide administrative, operational, or customer service support

* Duties may include assembling loan documents for transmittal and verifying their accuracy, closing loans and distributing loan proceeds, reviewing new and existing builder qualifications, reviewing budgets, pre-boarding, analyzing financial data, and other duties.

* Ensures the accurate, efficient, and timely flow of information and documentation.

* May need to follow up with borrower, loan originator, title company or others to resolve questions, correct information, or other issues as needed.

* Ensures that everything is complete in compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

* Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some previous banking or loan process experience or other directly related experience.

* Basic knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, loan systems.

* Knowledge of banking process helpful.

* Must have good organizational and customer service skills.

* Must possess numeric and verbal aptitudes.

* Good written and verbal communications skills.

* Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines.

* Working knowledge pc's and various word processing, spreadsheet or related software.
