What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including phone and computer work, printing, copying, and emailing documents
• Deliver mortgage loan disclosure packages and rate disclosures to borrowers
• Review loan files to identify deficiencies and notify mortgage loan officers or processors
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
• Facilitate timely loan closings by coordinating with the Title Company and customers

What is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong prioritization and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous sales support experience
• Experience with Salesforce
• Additional mortgage-related certifications or training
