Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is launching a Loan Officer Academy Associate program designed for experienced sales professionals to build a long-term mortgage career. You will receive comprehensive training, support, and resources to earn your mortgage license and develop the skills to become a successful Loan Officer.

Throughout the program, you’ll learn about the mortgage process, lending products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management while working with experienced leaders.

Formación

• Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience (in any capacity whether full time or part time).
• Desire to Succeed.
• Motivated, Competitive, and Driven.
• Great Communicator and Relationship Builder.
• Microsoft Office Proficient required (utilization of Outlook a must).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the Loan Officer Academy program and receive training.
• Develop mortgage license and build pipeline.
• Sell mortgage solutions to clients with inbound leads.
• Collaborate with mentors and leadership.
