Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Process daily incoming returned documents.
  • Sort, track, and monitor incoming mail with accurate routing.
  • Review incoming documents for accuracy.
  • Organize outgoing documents for borrowers, title companies, and agencies.
  • File, track, and maintain documentation for correspondence.
  • Respond to general customer inquiries from other departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Process daily incoming returned documents
  • Sort, track, and monitor incoming mail, ensuring accurate routing and follow-through
  • Review incoming documents for accuracy
  • Organize outgoing documents for borrowers, title companies, and other agencies
  • File, track, and maintain documentation for both incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Respond to general customer inquiries from other departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • 1–2 years of experience in office administration or residential real estate lending, preferred
  • Experience in loan servicing or related fields that demonstrates understanding of loan documentation processes, preferred
