We are strategically positioned to capitalize on the surging demand for asset-backed financing, critical AI infrastructure, and high-grade private credit, distinct from traditional commercial real estate. Our focus encompasses vital sectors such as data centers, GPUs, utilities, and renewable energy, providing innovative alternatives to conventional bank lending. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate to join our Infrastructure and Real Asset Finance Group in Dallas. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a newly formed, strategically important team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in portfolio management, monitoring and risk mitigation for credit transactions for a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and real asset projects.
