Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to define and implement Loan IQ solutions.

Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for Loan IQ enhancements and integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the end-to-end lending process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Work on process automation and optimization within Loan IQ to improve efficiency and scalability.

Support system testing, UAT, and implementation of Loan IQ changes.

Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend solutions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in corporate lending, commercial banking, or financial services.

Strong expertise in Loan IQ configurations, workflows, and integrations.

Solid understanding of corporate lending, credit risk, and loan operations.

Experience in large-scale lending transformation projects is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.

Experience working in Agile delivery models.
