Responsibilities

• Imaging new and renewed loan files (Consumer 1-4, Residential, Family and Commercial).
• Prepping, scanning, indexing, and archiving documents.
• Download/upload electronic files between systems (Capital Stream to Vision Content).
• Maintain Loan Origination Log and imaging-related records.
• Process subpoenas and provide loan files to legal/compliance teams.
• Adhere to internal controls and complete required compliance training.
