The Loan Documentation team at NBT is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and ensuring accuracy and compliance for loans across the bank’s lines of business. The Loan Documentation Specialist I is responsible for performing moderately complex review of post approval documentation to analyze adherence to loan approval, loan policy and procedure including construction advance monitoring, collateral perfection and insurance requirements. Requiring considerable knowledge of loan policies and practices, the incumbent performs specific review of documents and identifies appropriate exceptions. Analyze information, comprehend standardized loan documentation and structure, and make processing decisions based on established procedures and guidelines.
