Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan documentation and provide support across loan processing tasks
• Independently process and close loans within a complex operations environment
• Handle day-to-day loan transactional processing including booking cash transactions and payments
• Interact with counterparties around positions and balances
• Support a broad range of loan products and related control activities
• Identify and resolve issues following established procedures and research when needed
• Suggest process improvements to management
• Design and analyze loan documentation reports to meet requirements
• Escalate and manage requests related to loan processing
• Communicate clearly with external customers to explain information
