Qualifications

• Experience in loan documentation and processing for consumer, commercial and agricultural loans.
• Familiarity with LaserPro and Encompass software.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely loan documentation for all consumer, commercial & agricultural loan transactions.
• Prepare accurate and timely denial documentation.
• Prepare internal Consumer and Commercial Mortgage Release documentation.
• Review all HMDA information for accuracy.
• Communicate with loan officers, borrowers, and third parties to ensure required documentation is received and processed.
