Job summary

Citizens- is seeking a Loan Documentation Specialist in Kilgore, TX to prepare and review documents related to consumer, commercial, letters of credit, energy, SBA and real estate loans in compliance with banking regulations. Reports to the Loan Administration Manager and supports multiple facets of loan operations.

Responsibilities include entering data into PPDocs and Compliance One, reviewing files for accuracy, ensuring lien perfection, and processing titles, deeds, notes, applications, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience preparing loan documentation.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel.
• Accurate data entry with 30 wpm typing.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter loan data into processing software such as PPDocs and Compliance One.
• Review loan file documentation for missing or errors.
• Identify credit and collateral document exceptions for lien perfection.
• Process and review loans including title commitments, deeds of trust, and appraisals.
• Maintain general filing and clerical duties.
• Support all areas of the department as needed.
• Review data and generate reports as required.
• Coordinate with other departments and banking centers.
