Responsibilities

• Perform loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans.
• Process and close loan products.
• Interpret policies while analyzing documentation.
• Ordering all required verification, documentation and follow ups.
• Work on the MLA team which buys closed home loans from banks.
• Review loans and HUDs with no client interaction.
• Understand the loan process with minimal error.
• Handle multiple loans simultaneously; check 8–10 loans per day (about 45 minutes per loan).

• Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products
• Processing
• Closing and compliance for loan products
• Interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation
• Ordering all required verification , documentation and subsequent follow ups
• Working on the MLA team – This department buys closed home loans from banks
• Candidates will be responsible for reviewing loans, loan documents, and huds all day with no client interaction
• Really understanding the loan process with little error is key to success in these roles
• Will be required to work with multiple loans at a time
• Will be required to check 8-10 loans a day (typically takes 45 minutes per loan
