Qualifications

• Understanding of loan servicing concepts and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review closed loan packages and ensure completeness before input.
• Enter and maintain loan data in the core servicing system.
• Compare documentation to system records and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle loan funding and disbursement activities.
• Perform quality control on entered data for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor exception reports and correct setup errors promptly.
• Serve as a resource to lenders and bank staff on input requirements.
• Support additional departmental and bank needs.
