Job summary

Southern Bank is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to help support the origination and servicing of loans. The role involves interacting with customers, loan officers, and processing staff to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service.

You will handle clerical tasks, maintain documentation in the core system, and assist with compliance activities including HMDA and CRA while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOBAssists Loan Officers in a variety of duties. Interacts with customers, Loan Officers, and Loan Processing personnel to complete a variety of tasks associated with the origination of loans and the servicing of existing loans.
