Job summary

RCB Bank in Claremore, OK is seeking a Loan Compliance Leader to oversee daily operations of the Loan Compliance Specialists, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across loan origination, servicing, and documentation.

You will coach staff, monitor regulatory changes, update policies, and collaborate with auditors and other departments to foster a strong compliance culture across the bank.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of loan documentation and lending regulations
• Experience in a compliance department within banking
• Experience with loan documentation platforms

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Loan Compliance Specialists, assigning workloads and coaching staff
• Monitor changes in lending regulations and update procedures and systems
• Oversee preparation of disclosures and mortgage-related reviews
• Collaborate with the Loans Compliance and Systems Manager to identify process improvements
• Serve as a subject matter expert and guidance source for lending staff regarding compliance
