Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Loan Closer to join our in-office team across multiple locations, including Midvale, UT, and surrounding states. The role focuses on completing due diligence and preparing loan closing documents for real estate and non-real estate secured loans.

Responsibilities include reviewing approvals, establishing close conditions, and coordinating with sales, underwriting, and vendors to ensure a timely “clear to close” process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in loan closing, documentation, processing, or related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; education/experience may substitute.
• Advanced knowledge of loan closing processes, lending compliance, and lien perfection.

Responsibilities

• Review loan approvals for closing conditions and lien perfection requirements.
• Establish conditions to close and coordinate with sales, underwriting, and document prep.
• Proactively interact with third-party vendors and bank customers to expedite closing.
• Communicate effectively with field personnel and customers to meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
