Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of loan closing, documentation, processing, or related experience required.
• Strong knowledge of loan closing processes, compliance, and lien perfection.

Responsibilities

• Review loan approvals for closing conditions, compliance, and lien perfection.
• Establish conditions to close and coordinate closing tasks with internal teams and external vendors.
• Communicate effectively with field personnel, customers, and bank staff to expedite loan documentation.
