Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Loan Booking Specialist II in Kansas City to handle booking of new, renewed and charge-off loans into the core processing system.

You will initiate wires, upload general ledger tickets, and enter escrow, compliance and credit data. You’ll review maintenance transactions and resolve errors, and you’ll determine relationship and collateral information to ensure accurate processing.

Qualifications

• 2 years commercial and/or consumer loan experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Initiate wires.
• Park uploads of general ledger tickets.
• Enter required escrow information, compliance and credit analysis data to the core processing.
• Second day review of maintenance transactions and error resolution.
• Determine and enter relationship and collateral information.
