First Western Trust is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Associate to support the full lifecycle of loans post-origination. You will handle loan boarding, funding, payments, collateral tracking, and documentation, working under general supervision to maintain accurate processes.
You will prioritize daily tasks, coordinate with Relationship Bankers and Loan Operations, and serve as a resource through training and cross-coverage. A customer-service mindset and strong communication are essential.
Salary: $25.49 - $35.58/HR *Actual offer will be based on experience, location, education, and/or skills*

Your ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail will drive consistency across the loan servicing process.
