We are hiring a Loadout Operator to run the scale house and keep haul trucks moving. You will check every truck in and out, load each one to its allotted weight, and keep the records accurate. Every load that leaves the plant goes out on your numbers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check in every incoming and outgoing truck, recording PO number, truck number, and ticket in the loadout system.
• Load haul trucks to the correct allotted weight.
• Read scales and catch errors before a truck leaves the yard.
• Enter data accurately and completely.
• Communicate with drivers and team members throughout the shift.
• Clean up spilled or overflow material by hand when needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

SCHEDULE

• 4 days on, 4 days off
• 12-hour shifts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS

• Sitting indoors for long periods.
• Manual labor as needed, including shoveling spilled or overflow material.
