You will coordinate truck, rail, and customer loadouts, monitor processes, and drive continuous improvement while upholding our safety culture and environmental standards.

• Experience leading teams in industrial, manufacturing, or cement operations.
• Strong commitment to safety and a positive safety culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to use operational systems and analyze performance data to drive improvements.
