Job summary

nVent is hiring a Loading Dock Associate in Eleanor, WV to support our logistics team. You will load trucks, verify shipments, and stage material for efficient loading.

You will use warehouse equipment, handle product safely, complete shipping paperwork, maintain a tidy loading area, and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth material flow. Strong safety awareness and a willingness to work outdoors are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or comparable experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Warehouse, shipping and loading experience preferred.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks and verify outgoing shipments, stage material for efficient loading.
• Move product using equipment with safety and accuracy.
• Complete basic shipping paperwork and ensure labels, counts, parts, and material are packaged together.
• Maintain a clean loading area and follow PPE rules and equipment procedures.
• Work closely with teammates to support smooth material flow.
