Qualifications

• Speak and read English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• 1+ years PVF industry experience.
• Ability to read and understand industry specifications, charts, and tables.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills; MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to drive forklift and secure certification.
• Must have average reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs. with back support.
• Able to stand and operate a variety of equipment as assigned.
• Takes initiative and can work independently.
• Requires a high level of attention to detail.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Burning (shrink-wrap) and loading product for the shipping department.
• Delegate workload to department personnel and maintain safety.
• Inspect all material for non-conformances and ensure protection during transit.
• Package material securely and verify information on shrink-wrapped pallets.
• Photograph loaded product for verification and record keeping.
• Attend daily safety meetings and contribute to a safe work environment.
