Job summary

Omya Inc. is seeking a warehouse/loader operator to take over, inspect, and move tank wagons per regulations. You will load tank wagons and trucks, prepare goods for shipment using packaging equipment, and ensure proper labeling while keeping the workspace clean.

The role requires forklift operation, basic PC skills, and SAP/barcoding experience. 1–4 years of relevant experience is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position in the United States (Kansas).

Qualifications

• Forklift operation skills required.
• SAP bar coding / scanning experience preferred.
• Basic PC skills.
• High School Diploma or Technical Vocational training.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Take over, check and move the tank wagons according to regulations.
• Load tank wagons and tank trucks, and use packaging equipment to prepare goods for final shipment.
• Bagging, palletizing and storage of bagged goods per SEQ management work instructions.
• Check suitability and purity of shipping containers (silos, tanks, containers).
• Secure cargo in compliance with SEQ-Management instructions.
• Ensure correct labelling of shipping units and maintain work area cleanliness.
• Assist in applying customs seals and cooperate with dispatcher.
• Follow MSC process descriptions and uphold operational safety of equipment.
• Contribute to continual improvement in designated areas.
