Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a security professional to monitor access and maintain safety at our venues. You will control entrance/exit of employees and guests, operate screening devices, and document irregularities while upholding company security standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, security experience preferred, and excellent verbal and written communication. Strong teamwork, judgment, and physical stamina are essential for long shifts in dynamic event

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to maintain security and safety.
  • Keep records of daily activities and authorized entrants.
  • Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent prohibited articles.
  • Document irregularities such as damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.
  • Patrol premises to prevent intrusions and protect venue property.
  • Authenticate and ensure only authorized vehicles are in secure areas.
  • Warn rule violators and uphold Live Nation back of house security protocol with crew and guests.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to maintain security and safety of the premises. Keep records / reports of daily activities and authorized persons entering and exiting the area. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas. Document irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property. Authenticate and ensure that only authorized vehicles are in compound and secure areas. Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and uphold Live Nation back of house security protocol with all crew and guests.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING High school diploma or equivalent experience required Security/Law Enforcement experience preferred. Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures. Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting Ability to maintain full attention on post for 8-10 hours, without the use of electronic devices or other distractions
