Ewing Outdoor Supply in Elizabeth, CO is seeking a Loader Operator to assist with loading customer orders and maintaining the yard. The role emphasizes strong customer service and hospitality, with focus on inventory control and accurate material handling.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders/tractors, be able to lift 50–70 lbs, and support yard operations while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs.
• Knowledge of landscape yard inventory stocking procedures
• Proven work experience as a Yard Customer Service Associate, Landscape Materials Associate, or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good driving record with no traffic violation.

Responsibilities

• Support Yard Managers and assist with yard operations.
• Load trucks with rocks, landscape materials, pavers, mulch, etc., with accuracy and care.
• Provide customer support and hospitality.
• Maintain inventory control and yard cleanliness.
• Operate loaders and tractors in various weather/traffic conditions (training provided).
