Job summary

Mpp is hiring an Entry-Level Machine Loader / Production Associate to support 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

You will load and unload machines, read work orders, perform basic data entry, and learn precision measurement with micrometers and calipers. No prior machining experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • No prior machining experience required; on-the-job training provided.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload production machines safely and efficiently.
  • Read, understand, and follow job instructions and work orders.
  • Perform basic data entry and job tracking tasks.
  • Learn and use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Maintain quality standards and follow procedures.
  • Follow safety policies and guidelines for all operations.
  • Complete forklift training and operate equipment as authorized.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Communicate production, quality, or safety concerns to supervisors as needed.

Entry-Level Machine Loader / Production Associate1st, 2nd, 3rd ShiftsPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dependable, motivated individual for an entry-level manufacturing position. This role is responsible for loading and unloading machines, following work instructions, and supporting safe, quality-focused production operations.
