Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Loader, Incentive, to help keep our distribution centers running smoothly. You will load full pallets, operate forklift and pallet jack, inspect trailers, and verify loads using RF devices or voice systems.

Candidate should have 1–2 years of pallet handling experience, be safety‑minded, and able to lift up to 60 lbs. This role is fast-paced and requires organization and efficiency.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Certified forklift and pallet jack operator required.
• Prefer 1–2 years electric pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Load full pallets into trailers and ensure damage is avoided.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Inspect trailer for damage before loading.
• Utilize RF handhelds and/or voice to verify loading of pallets.
• Wrap pallet and stretch wrap.
• Operate battery changing hoist.
• Keep work area clean.

Position Overview
