What You'll Do:
  • Assists in the day-to-day operations of the Shipping Department.
  • Follows load schedules and ensures a smooth workflow.
  • Co-ordinates the staging area.
  • Organizes special packaging.
  • Loads trucks.
  • Performs various operations in the department as required.
How You'll Do It:
  • Ability to sort items along with good organizational skills
  • Good hand/eye coordination
  • Must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions, loading schedules and production tickets. Must be able to understand and follow verbal instructions; communicate with coworkers and management clearly and respectfully; and work in an ever-changing, fast-paced team environment.
How You'll Do It:
  • Basic ability to read and write English
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to work safely, take initiative, multi-task, and work both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Work experience with pneumatic tools and/or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Compensation:

$20.50/HR plus a $1.00 differential for second shift

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
