Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Loader/Customer Service Associate in Mill Creek, WA to assist customers, load merchandise, and support order fulfillment. The role covers both Pro and Garden Center load processes and requires safety-focused handling of equipment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service following Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures and programs.
• Assist customers locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment and customer assistance throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
• Operate store equipment as needed (e.g., Zebra phone, CCTV, copiers, printers).
• Communicate stock, special orders, product features, warranties, and Lowe’s program info to customers and colleagues.
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies and use of equipment and spotters.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Loader-specific: engage Pro customer relationships from arrival to order completion; assist with loading and fulfillment; support Pro loading area.
• Garden Center-specific: assist loading, stay available to customers, load vehicles, support large/high-quality orders, coordinate staging for pickup.
