Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English is essential.
• Must be physically fit to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and use proper tools for safe task completion.
• Safely climb railcars, trailers, or elevated platforms.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 80 pounds with proper technique.
• Stand, stoop, bend, and squat for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Maintain written checklists, incident reports, and safety records.
• Communicate safety concerns and verify processes with teammates.
