Required education includes a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for 1 year of heavy manufacturing or mining experience and willingness to work shifts, including overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or demonstrated skills required.
• Minimum 1 year of heavy manufacturing/mining experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report pre-shift equipment inspections.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Lubricate loader and maintain fluids.
• Assist maintenance team as directed.
• Attend safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
• Maintain quality documentation and SQF compliance.
• Back-up duties for other Loader Operators.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
