Job description

RK Hall Ready Mix is seeking a qualified Ready Mix Concrete Front End Loader Operator. This position will reside in Madill, OK.

Job Purpose

The position of Ready-Mix Concrete Front End Loader Operator will be tasked with operating a front-end loader in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a safety-first attitude. This position requires management of resources in adherence with all company standards, policies and procedures, as well as compliance with all federal and state regulations, including OSHA, TCEQ etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules, regulations, and procedures set forth by OSHA and RK Hall.
• Safely perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections of equipment and work area, complete daily equipment reports, and report unsafe equipment/situations to supervisor or foreman.
• Demonstrate the ability to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment at all times.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in/on equipment and work area.
• Assist maintenance personnel with plant repairs or preventative maintenance when needed.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude & energy level and work as a team player.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
• Ability to work in a confined area with other heavy equipment and ground personnel and be aware of all of the surrounding hazards during operation.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Prior experience of safe operation of front-end loader preferred. General maintenance abilities are preferred. Proficient knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.

Other Requirements

Position requires daily on-time attendance during scheduled shift. Reliable on-time transportation to/from work is of utmost importance.
