Job summary

Hinkle Contracting, LLC, a CRH company, is seeking a reliable Heavy Equipment Operator for our Kentucky quarries. The role requires operating loaders, excavators, dozers, and related machinery in a busy quarry setting.

You will conduct daily checks, follow safety procedures, and report to the Quarry Foreman with daily specs. Applicants should have 5+ years of experience, pass drug and background checks, and meet I-9 documentation and driving record requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Be able to provide I-9 documentation and have a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old; HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, dozers, etc.
• Perform pre-start up procedures and daily equipment checks.
• Communicate with Foreman on daily job specs and safety requirements.
• Work in a quarry environment and assist with related duties as needed.
