The Bluffton Stone Company is hiring an Aggregate Loader Operator based in Bluffton, Ohio. The role focuses on safely operating loaders and heavy equipment to support daily quarry operations and production targets within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a loader to load the primary crusher.
• Perform load-and-carry operations as part of production.
• Operate skid steers, haul trucks, and other quarry equipment as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and daily equipment inspections.
• Follow safety procedures and MSHA regulations.
• Support quarry operations and production goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
